A New Year Challenge

I’m breaking my week off  from blogging commitment to share with you a challenge in which I’m participating. I thought you might like to know about it too.

It’s called:

31 Days To Pray For Your Spouse Challenge

And it begins on January 1st. There is an e-book to go along with the challenge, and it is also available on Kindle. I can think of no better way to start the new year in your marriage than by committing to pray daily for the one you love best.

Happy Praying New Year!

About Debi Walter

Tom and Debi have been sharing encouragements through their blogs for many years. Marriage, Reading God's Word and documenting family history is our focus. Growing in our relationship with the Lord is primary in all we say, write or do. We are grateful for all who desire to join us in the same endeavors.

WE have been trying to do that, the small group we are participating in is working through love and war by John Eldredge and realizing that your spouse is not the enemy makes a huge difference in our thought processes. Isn’t it interesting that in our ‘marriage’ it is the hardest place to ‘pray and be perhaps most vulnerable’ maybe it’s because we know each other so well. Or maybe it is because the enemy has a huge arsenal of warfare he can present to us.

So true, Sharon. We often forget we have an enemy who understands the power of prayer. He does all he can to keep us from it.
      Blessings,
