Foodie Fridays – Missi’s White Chicken Chili

Long before I loved to cook, I had a dear friend who was an inspiration to me. She made her own recipes and everything was delicious. They moved across country long before social media took off, so she gave me several of her recipes that are now favorites; this one tops the list.

Florida is about to plunge into an arctic cold this weekend. Lows will be in the mid to upper 20’s for 12 hours with winds over 20 mph. Needless to say most of us will be staying inside. A perfect time to make this heartwarming dish.

Missi has since gone to be with the Lord. I say a prayer for her family every time I make her recipes. I miss you Missi! 😢

What recipes do you make when it’s cold outside?
